The foundation of any Project
For each and every project we create a project schedule including anticipated time frames for programming and needs assessment, building tours and evaluations, lease negotiations, design, permitting, construction and occupancy. We then update this project schedule on a regular basis, actively managing it to ensure that the project stays on schedule. When issues or delays arise, we work closely with the team to develop a recovery plan and then implement that plan
Assembling the right team for a project is vital to its success. If desired by the client, we will create a “Request for Proposal” (RFP) to be issued to selected architectural firms. Once the RFP is created, we work with the client to identify the appropriate architectural firms that will be asked to participate in the selection process. Firms will be recommended based on experience with similar project types and their areas of expertise, ensuring each firm is qualified for the project. After receiving responses, we will review each proposal, provide a summary of the responses and make recommendations for final selection of a firm. If desired, we will also schedule and conduct architectural firm interviews. Upon final selection of a firm, we will negotiate and finalize the architectural contract with the selected firm.
